Information we collect

When you submit a quote enquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, boat type, dimensions, weight, collection and delivery locations, preferred date and additional notes.

Why we use it

We use quote-enquiry information to review your request, respond to you and, where appropriate, help identify suitable boat-transport providers. We do not sell quote-enquiry information.

How the form is processed

The online form is processed by FormSubmit, which delivers submissions to our quotes@ukboattransportfinder.com mailbox. Cloudflare provides DNS and email-routing services for this domain. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions in its archive for 30 days.

Sharing information

At this beta stage, enquiries are reviewed by UK Boat Transport Finder before any details are shared with a transport provider. If we introduce automated lead matching later, this notice will be updated before that new use begins.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request and related records, after which it is deleted or securely disposed of, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain it for longer.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to processing, and raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. You can contact us at quotes@ukboattransportfinder.com.
